Executive Team

Rodney Naidoo

Rodney Naidoo (Managing Director)

Rodney has been involved in the computer industry since 1976 specializing in databases from the 1980’s. He piloted an award winning project in South Africa, implementing the system in Portugal, London, USA and Spain with great success. He is one of the founding members of RDC and currently has the role of Managing Director. His passion is Innovation and this is where his energy is being spent. He is highly regarded and respected in the ITC world due to his energy, responsiveness and willingness to assist, whatever the problem. He’s driven by automation, optimization, integration and ensuring that strategic information is available now.

Marius Wentworth

Marius Wentworth (Director)

Marius started his IT career as a LAN Administrator in 1990 and obtained his National Diploma Information Technology in 1994. Showing great promise, he was moved to the Unix and Oracle DBA team. He later joined IOCORE and New Dawn Technologies as a Senior Oracle DBA where he later headed up a large team at Nedbank as the Oracle Support Manager. After moving across to RDC, he was appointed as the Operations Director in March 2009. He is a member of IoDSA.

Bradley Green-Thompson

Bradley Green-Thompson (Director)

Bradley obtained his BSc degree in Computer Science and Statistics at the University of Natal in 1994. His 20 year IT career began as a Junior Oracle DBA at Transnet Datavia. Leaving two years later as a Senior DBA, he joined RDC as part of their start-up team. In his various roles as technical lead, team lead, service delivery manager and senior manager, he has been responsible for the successful rollout of many client projects both locally and abroad. He is currently a Director and shareholder at RDC, choosing to remain involved at an operational level.

Casper Wolmarans

Casper Wolmarans (Service Delivery Manager)

Casper started his career in Oracle in 1996 and worked as an Oracle Database Administrator for more than 18 years. He worked in the UK as an Oracle Consultant for more than 2 years before returning to South-Africa. He joined the RDC team in 2001 and eventually moved into Service Delivery Management where he managed teams at Eskom and Vodacom. Currently he is the Oracle Support Manager at Nedbank.

Vishaal Channa

Vishaal Channa (Service Delivery Manager)

Vishaal’s keen interest in the IT field at an early age caught the attention of an Eskom manager who offered him a career in his chosen field from 1997. His passion and drive for the industry soon gained him the prestigious “Eskom Techno Star” award. After a short period as a programmer his career progressed to web developer and then Oracle Database Administrator. After 12 years as an accomplished Oracle DBA, embarked on management journey with RDC in 2007. Vishaal is currently a Service Delivery Manager heading up the Oracle E-Business department of Relational Database Consulting.

Stanley Moloi

Stanley Moloi (Service Delivery Manager)

Stanley obtained his BSc degree in Computer Science at the University of the North in 2000. He then received a scholarship at French South African Institute of Technology (F'SATI) and obtained his BTech in Telecommunications in 2003 at the then Technikon Pretoria. His IT career began at SITA in 2003 where he completed his OCP before moving to Dimension Data as a Jnr DBA servicing Alexander Forbes, after moving from Namitech where he supported clients in Africa with the EVD System he joined RDC in 2007 as an Oracle DBA and became a Senior DBA before he was given an opportunity to be a Service Delivery Manager for the Remote Support team in 2012.

Miles Flint

Miles Flint (Service Delivery Manager)

Miles started his working career in the hospitality industry launching it with a Hotel Management Qualification from, what is now, the University Of Johannesburg. Over 10 years at various 4 and 5 star hotels have forged a service delivery ethic within him. A later move into hospitality software saw him bridging the divide between hospitality systems and delivery. This led to the Oracle bug biting and he soon became an Oracle certified database professional as well as an Oracle certified middleware professional. He has expanded his skills and knowledge as a Principal Oracle consultant who serves as a hands-on Service Delivery Manager. This experience, with the hospitality industry service delivery blood running through his veins, positions him well to deliver on client solutions.

Craig Kelly

Craig Kelly (Sales Executive)

Craig’s 16 year journey in ICT began as a SAP and COBOL developer. As the IT landscape evolved, so did his passion for an increased understanding of the Database Administration domain. His keen interest inspired him to become an Oracle Certification Professional on all versions of Oracle whilst in service at one of the forerunners in database consulting in South Africa, RDC. In 2006, Craig took on the challenge of Service Delivery Manager at RDC and was responsible for the company’s Remote Support Services Offering that services multiple clients. His acute understanding of this area ensures that client relationships are sound and service levels are uncompromisingly adhered to. He currently holds the position of Sales Executive at RDC and it is his attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge and unequivocal understanding of the Oracle Suite that allows him to add immense value to prospective and existing clients.
